What are the Tutu Measurements?

Our Classic Tutu come in one size. They are 12" long and Fit ages 6 mos-10 years. Our Disney, Delicious and Costume tutus are custom made to order. * We recommend you measure your child to ensure the best fit possible. CURRENT MAKE TIME: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to shipping. If you have any questions concerning sizing, please email us prior to purchasing.
**Please note that some of the items have embellishments that contain small parts (flowers, sequins, pom-poms, etc) that may pose a choking hazard to small children. Please always supervise your child(ren) when wearing a tutu with these embellishments as Pretty in Hot Pink cannot be responsible for any injuries resulting.

What are the Tutu Dresses Measurements?

Tutu dresses are a ONE-SIZE. They ideally fit 6-18mos, but will stretch enough to fit smaller 24mo olds. Will fit from 10" up to approx. 20" chest, so it is perfect for babies & small toddlers.  Bodice is approx 6" high and the Tutu length on this one is 8/10". If you have any questions concerning sizing, please email us prior to purchasing.

Can I have a tutu custom made?

Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind go to the "Design your own tutu" page. There you can choose up to three colors and be the designer of your very own tutu! Design your own Tutu HERE

Do you make adult tutus?

Yes! Please Contact Us and we can discuss the ordering and pricing of an adult size tutu for you next special occasion or costume party!

What are the Tutu color options?

What are the shipping rates?

All items will ship either by First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as a courtesy to you or Express Mail. You will receive a tracking number/delivery confirmation number when the order ships. Please note that Pretty in Hot Pink is NOT responsible for lost packages, delayed, stolen or unclaimed packages.

What Payments do you accept?

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted at this time. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal balance transfers and bank account transfers. With PayPal you do not have to worry about exposing your financial information. PayPal never shares it with merchants. Orders placed on prettyinhotpink.weebly.com are secure. Pretty in Hot Pink fully respects the privacy of each and every customer. During the process of placing an order certain contact information may be required to complete transaction. All information provided will be used solely and exclusively in processing your order and will not be mailed, emailed, sold or otherwise distributed in any manner whatsoever

What is your return policy?

Your business is important to us! At Pretty in Hot Pink we strive to provide great service. Since all our tutus are custom made we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds, unless they arrived damaged. Hair accessories can not be exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please contact us right away. We want to correct the problem. If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number and return the damaged goods. We will replace your product. *Please note, damaged products must be returned within 5 business days. No exceptions. All exchanges will be complete upon receiving the damaged merchandise. We will not ship out exchanges without receiving the original.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

While Pretty in Hot Pink is constantly updating our inventory, there are times when a mistake is made. In the event of a mistake in inventory, you will receive an e-mail asking if you’d like a refund for the item ordered or an exchange. We give you 48 hours to respond. If we do not hear from you in the 48 hours, a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) is given and the rest of the order is shipped.

What are the care instructions for my tutu?

If your tutu arrives or becomes wrinkled, the best solution is to hang it in your bathroom while showering. The steam will help in removing the wrinkles. To keep fluffy, hang on a hanger. For best results spot clean your tutu with cool water as needed. DO NOT dry tutus in the dryer! Prevent static cling by placing a dryer sheet over the tutu while hanging. Use a clothing steamer for best tutu care!
