Show off her patriotic side in the precious 4th of July Tutu! Our tutus are made with yards upon yards of the tulle for a very full and beautiful look. Each costume tutu is made to order just for you! We use 1 1/2  inch elastic waistbands The elastic will stretch 2 - 3 inches for growth.
